DIY Shelves

My dream shelf system for this spot is the string shelf (link here) but it was out of my budget right now.  So instead I bought some bent wood natural wood shelf brackets and used some Ikea white shelves to create a clean scandinavian look for less.  I’m happy with how they turned out! 

I wanted a spot high above curious chubby fingers for some special items and to artfully display some regularly used items that never seemed to have a proper spot.

1) chalk for the chalkboard wall (see here)

3) Empty growlers for a quick re-fill down the street (Brassneck Brewery)

4) Washi Tape

5) Fabric basket to hide un-slightly accessories like earbuds and library cards
